Meet the Founder: Built by a Contractor, For Contractors

Aaron Husak is not your typical agency owner. He spent 20+ years in the trenches of the home service industry—building businesses, owning the P&L, and scaling field operations before ever launching a marketing campaign.

In 2012, Aaron founded Balanced Comfort in Fresno, CA. He grew the company from a single truck to a peak of 130+ employees, earning a spot on the Inc. 5000 list for four consecutive years and achieving Great Place to Work® certification three times.

 

Unlike generalist marketers who guess at what drives leads, Aaron holds active California contractor licenses. He understands the difference between a "click" and a "booked job" because he has lived it.
